A difficult kindred to chronicle, she is certainly of great influence in the region for much of its history, but in what manner is unclear. She is Ventrue, and of the 6th generation. The mortal child of Sir Hugh and an unknown mother, she was born around 400AD, and embraced around ten years later. Actual references to her unlife are rare, but some can be pieced together.
Her primary sphere of influence was mysticism, and a number of sources allude to her powerful witchcraft. She did not travel with her sire after embrace, and travelled to Wales, likely with retainers. It is here that her skills are learned; on arrival here she begins construction of an ambitious stone circle almost immediately. With the coming of the crusades, it is likely she ruled in all but name in her father's absence, and was able to hold against a sizable Welsh Garou force (could her departure from Wales and their arrival be linked?) and their mortal allies who settled and built a priory locally. How she did this is again unclear, yet the survival of her holdings indicates that she (with, perhaps, Helena) did so.
She is described as a gaunt, raven haired child, speaking rarely but decisively. Chillingly sombre and ominous she exhibits a child's sense of cruelty. Her main notable act was to ensure the Tremere upstart wizards never settled here (oddly she referred to all Tremere as diabolists, though where this accusation arose is not given). Considering herself the ritualist of her circle, she ensured visiting Tremere were never made comfortable, and could only visit singularly. Any request for a Chantry was denied out of hand.
Her presence is mentioned in a guest's account of circa 1850: she is described as one who is sought for advice and prophesy, but only if need is great. After this point, there is no documentation of her activities. The only clue to her existence in the modern era is that she was known as a card reader and scryer; this may link her to a strange and recent tarot deck related to the region that was found some few years back. It is conjectural, but possible that she is still active. If so, the rise (and gain of Princedom) by the Tremere must gall her greatly. Enough to become active again, perhaps?
