On first meeting Victor DuMonte, one could quiet easily mistake him for a Toreador or even a particularly friendly Tremere; his bookish manner and unfaltering politeness mark him out as someone who appreciates not only the finer things in life but also the niceties of a pleasant conversation. Most are taken aback when they later find out that he is in fact a Malkavian.
Victor appears to be content with his lot in unlife at the moment, he continues to write and seems uninterested in the petty politics that make up day to day existence within the Camarilla. Many assume that he does have political aspirations though, few Kindred don't, and wonder how long it will be before he makes his first play for power.
