Recently arrived to the Court, Phoenix remains an unknown entity within the Court. His associations with Burgundy suggest that he is probably Toreador, but given the scarcity of information about him this has yet to be established. If he is Toreador, then his presence confirms the resurgence of the Clans presence in the city, something that a number of older Kindred may not be looking on with fond memories.
