Kyai Rose arrived in the city in the early part of 2003 and has since settled down into the daily life of the Court. Her arrival proved troubling as she was being attacked and was rescued by the then Scourge. Things have not improved in the city since then.
A quiet, unassuming Kindred of undetermined age (although it is rumoured she may be of a considerable years) she presents the softer side of the Gangrel, assuming the role of storyteller amongst a younger flock. Her political allegiances are unknown, although she appears to spend a great deal of time in the company of Arazmus Black.
Rarely seen in combat, she has recently begun to wield a longbow when the occasion arises, an unusual weapon given these modern times. Whether this can be seen as proof of true age is unknown, but the speed with which she has acquired the skill speaks volumes of her commitment.
Kyai has recently been thrown into the political lime–light following allegations that she taught secrets of the Gangrel clan to those outside of it, specifically the Brujah. This has led something of a rift between the two clans, something that Kyai is unfortunately unaware of given that she is currently believed to be held in Torpor within the Court of Sheffield.
