The Malkavians have recently enjoyed something of a renaissance in the city, and Festa (does anyone know his real name – or even if he has a real name?) is part of this renaissance. A seemingly quiet Kindred, Festa has so far proven himself to a useful tool for the Court, indeed, his role in gaining access to the Penkhull Secure Institute was of great aid to the Court. However, others have remarked that he is quiet, perhaps too quiet, for a Malkavian and that this worries them.
Is Festa a pressure cooker waiting to blow? Or is he one of the growing breed of Malkavians to whom madness is but a fleeting gift, a symbol of their distance from their progenitor?
