A recent addition to the growing panoply of gangs in the city, The Surgeons have marked out their presence with a complete disregard for social norms. With their fetishist medical garb and rumoured Herculean drug dependencies, they have cut a path of terror across the city for no apparent motive, unless the rumours of links with The Organisation are to be believed in which case their actions take on an altogether more sinister motive. In the meantime The Constabulary is working hard to bring their reign of terror to an end, although so far it has had little success in doing so.
