In a city that has no shortage of criminals, no single group has caused as much concern as The Organisation. Whilst the other gangs fight over who controls drugs, extortion and racketeering, The Organisation has a far darker agenda. The Organisation provides the unprovidable, the things that society tells itself don't exist. There is no humanity within The Organisation, just a cold and calculating pursuit of profit, no matter what the cost.
This isn't to say that it doesn't have a street presence. Rumoured to have links with the crazed gang “The Surgeons”, it is rumoured that The Organisation has a man on every street looking after its concerns. No element of the criminal underworld is untouched by their presence - indeed, a client could go for years without realising who it was dealing with. The Organisation is all pervading, its fingers stuck in every pie imaginable - they are more than a simple criminal gang, and their destruction could have far reaching implications for the city.
