The Hope Institute does not exist. You'll find no records of it on any government papers or on any tax returns. Those that investigate it too closely usually go missing or disappear under mysterious circumstances, all in the name of a non-existence company.
If it did exist, most would probably agree that it was probably a research arm of the government, specialising in bio-technology and gene therapy. They would also probably find that it had an interesting view on ethics and an utterly ruthless approach to protecting its identity.
