“The Twins” present an enigma to the Court of Stoke-on-Trent, more is known about their actions than about them personally. Indeed they have only been seen once, and only a series of flickering images exist of them. What is known is that they are uncaring and with neither emotion nor regret.
They are also the heads of the largest criminal organisation that has ever posed a threat to the Court. The Organisation poses a real and credible threat, its willingness to target other supernatural entities for its own profit shows that they do not fear the consequences.
Because so little is known about them no one yet knows there true weakness (if they have one), all the Court can do is continue to press for information about these two elusive individuals until a breakthrough is found.
