All large organisations require someone who is able to manage them cleanly and efficiently whilst still allowing for the company to progress rather than stagnate. For the Asharaka, this role is fulfilled by Minoru Chiaki, The Accountant.
Minoru was born in America to a family of Singapore Immigrants. His educational prowess saw him recruited into the diplomatic service, where his background saw him posted to the American Embassy in Singapore. From here he was recruited by Takashi Shimura, The Prophet who offered him a role within the Asharaka. A suitable death was arranged for Minoru, and a suitable return assured.
After the Asharaka split into pro and anti Prom-Epim elements, Minoru oversaw the funding of the Saturn XI project using monies plundered from Reed Communications. Additionally he secured funding for The Gangmaster in order to ensure that both the Asharaka and The Daughters of the Desert had sufficient funding to combat both the Gambino's and the Sandernacht Group.
Since the apparent defeat of the PromEpim Virus no one knows the location of Minoru. Some within the Court suspect that he may have fled the country following the death of Isao Kinura, but others in the Court know better than to assume anything at all and wonder when and where he will show himself again. Rumours now abound that he may have in fact become involved with The Organisation, although there is no over-riding proof of this yet. If this does turn out to be true however it raises a number of disturbing issues, if The Organisation isn't a single supernatural entity, what do they all have in common?
