Reportedly a distant cousin of the Prince of Miami, Cuban Pete is one of the more colourful characters that as appeared in the Court. Although he is not a Kindred, he is well known within the Camarilla as a buyer and seller extraordinaire, indeed it is rumoured that he once sold five tons of salt to the Tremere as “A guaranteed poison”. When Cuban Pete is around, the adage of “Let the buyer beware” must be foremost in your mind.
Cuban Pete hails from Miami, indeed he often jokes that Miami is now more like the Cuba he remembers than Cuba is. In addition to the familiar connection it is also rumoured that Pete is a ghoul of the Prince of Miami, although this has never been confirmed. His last appearance within the Court was at an auction or rare items held for the Kindred of the city. Shortly afterwards he was attacked by Toshiro Mifune and has been in a vegetative coma ever since. Following eighteen months of political negotiations he was recently flown home to be closer to his family.
