A mysterious figure in the local community, Caoilhionn Ashen has shown an uncanny ability to comment on events in the city and many have tried to ascertain her sources with little success.
Caoilhionn appears to have no allegiance with any organisation or religious group in the city, but is rather a free agent working to her own agenda. Based on the edge of the Staffordshire Moorlands, she has been outspoken about the conservation of the environment and the preservation of human rights. What role she has to play (if any) in the city's future remains to be seen. However the recent attack on her by The Men In Black suggests that her interaction with the Court may have only just begun.
